Di kesempatan ini, saya ingin mengucapkan Salam Eid Mubarak kepada Suami dan anak tercinta, Keluarga tersayang, EST Soulsisters dan kawan-kawan serta sahabat handai dan juga my workmates. Mohon ampun dan maaf, seikhlas hati. Halalkan apa saja yang tak disengajakan termakan dan terminum. Maafkan yang terkasar dan tersilap kata dan perlakuan. Semoga Hari Raya penuh dgn kegembiraan, senyuman dan keceriaan. Insya Allah.

APPETIZERS
Meatballs {Slow braised in spicy tomato sauce}

Fish Carpaccio {Topped with lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil}

Crispy Squid {Served with a salad bouquet and a tartar dip}

PIZZAS

Margherita, Beef Pepperoni and Chili, Hawaiana Pizza

Missing photos are.. forgot to snap photos of the pasta. They served Mix Seafood {braised in tomato sauce, with spaghetti}, Creamy Carbonara {served with beef rashes and parmesan sauce with bow-tie pasta} and Bolognese {traditional meat sauce tossed with short pasta tubes}.

I forgot to snap these dishes maybe because I was to eager to try them. They were delicious, mouth-watering and simply perfect. We ordered these dishes over and over again especially the Creamy Carbonara.. Yummy!!!!

MAIN COURSES

Lamb Shoulder Chop {served with a mint sauce}

Snapper Fillet {Oven-baked with lemon and olive oil}

Sirloin Steak {served with a mix peppercorn sauce}

DESSERT

For dessert, they served us with Vanilla, Strawberry or Chocolate Ice Cream, Classic Italian Tiramisu {it was soft, mouth-wateringly delicious} and Fruit Platter
